I had such a wonderful experience at Zaxby’s! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious — everything was made just right. The customer service was also top-tier. 10/10!!! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. I especially want to express my sincerest gratitude to Oscar Candela. I accidentally left my purse behind, and instead of it being lost or misplaced, Oscar found it and immediately turned it in to the manager so it could be safely held for me to retrieve. I had a lot of personal and important information in that purse, and I am beyond thankful that he chose to do the honest and right thing. That kind of integrity speaks volumes about his character and the quality of the team at this location. Thank you again to Oscar and the entire staff for not only great food and service, but for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate you all!

My daughter had the lemon pepper chicken strips which I don’t know if it was just me but they are extremely salty. I had the wings and things which is my go to favorite. The food is always good at Zaxby’s regardless of which location we go to.

I do not usually write reviews….but this warranted a review. My kids and I usually go to the Afton Ridge Zaxby’s and every time I feel like I would rather go to the dentist with how poor customer service is. Today we went to the Zaxby’s on Copperfield and there was a “New Management” sign up. With trepidation we went to the drive thru and Marisol (I think that was her name), spoke clearly, professionally and took an accurate order. She also asked if we wanted extra sauce…yes, we did, thank you! And then asked if we wanted dessert…no thanks. We then pulled up to the window and our service got even better. Marisol (??) was ready and handed us our drinks while the younger gentleman processed payment. He then handed us our order (which was correct!!!) and said “have a nice evening”. They were both so professional, well spoken and cordial. It seems silly that I write this with such awe when it should be what we always get…but their awesome behavior is not the norm anymore. They deserve recognition. You go new management….keep it up.

Great quick lunch. The creme soda zero sugar in the soda machine was unique. Tried the new chicken quesadia and was big enough for 2 people

Customer service experience was great food hot and delicious fast management helped cashier to get ordered item correct which is always awesome.....need to get light back working in lobby for words on walls not lighted :-( but other than that wad wonderful day eating lunch with my other half.....

First time we had zaxbys as wete from Ohio. Seems like a combination of a bunch of chicken fast food places (cfa / raising cane) combined. **we are the electricians that just built your new one in Kannapolis, NC. Hoping you bring them up here.**

Zaxbys always hits but yall gotta do something with the interior lights and swap them with warm light bulbs because right now the lighting is too artificial i forgot this was a zaxbys i zoned out and thought i was at the hospital for a minute The food is what matters most so whatever but change those lightbulbs lol

I eat here at least 2 times a month at this location and normally it’s nothing special. I’ve actually had not fresh food the last 2 times I ate here but I have it another chance. I came inside to eat today 12/29/24 and the white guy with the septum ring working was the best employee I’ve ever had an interaction with at this location. He was welcoming and made sure we had everything we ordered and it was correct. He had a smile and it was amazing. The other staff looks miserable and ignored us when we were needing something at the cash wrap but he never ignored any customer. 10/10 for that kid!
